An article in Concordia’s Thursday Report (“Students helped the flood victims in Bangladesh,” Oct. 21) misstated some key points. The number of people affected by the floods in Bangladesh is estimated at 30 million. The university branch of the Canadian Society of Industrial Engineering used part of its budget to rent a truck to collect donations for the relief effort. Our apologies for the errors.
